Combines with:  bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, coriander seed, cumin, fennel seed, ginger, juniper, mustard seed, nutmeg, paprika, turmeric

Traditional Uses:  root vegetables, spinach, tomato sauces, soups, roast meats, gravies, seafood, pickles, cakes, pie, cookies, marinades and sauces

Health Benefits:  Antioxidant properties and essential vitamins and minerals such as iron, magnesium, potassium, copper, selenium, vitamin A, vitamin B6, Vitamin C, riboflavin, and niacin.  Ground Allspice can be mixed with water and applied to the skin as a poultice to help alleviated muscle aches.
