Game Spice - 1 tablespoon

Combination of cloves, bay leaf, juniper berries, allspice, black pepper, and coriander seeds

Rub onto any meat and let sit for 30 minutes, use 1 teaspoon per 1 pound of meat or vegetables.  This blend can be used for any meat, not just game birds.
