Nutritional Yeast

A very versatile super food, nutritional yeast adds depth of flavor to any dish.  It is high in B vitamins but cooking it will remove those so always add it at the end of the dish if you want the extra vitamins.  Nutritional yeast can be sprinkled straight onto popcorn and salads.
